1. No Smoking, Drinking, or Eating Policy

For the comfort and safety of all passengers, we have a strict policy against smoking, drinking alcohol, or eating inside our vehicles.

2. Passenger Behavior

We reserve the right to refuse service to any passenger who is deemed a nuisance or a danger to our driver or other passengers. This includes passengers under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

3. Vehicle Breakdown

In the unlikely event of a vehicle breakdown, we will provide an alternative vehicle to complete your journey promptly.

4. Responsibility for Belongings

Passengers are responsible for their belongings. Please ensure you take all your items with you when leaving the vehicle. We cannot be held responsible for lost items, and a fee may apply for item retrieval.

5. Unforeseen Delays

While we make every effort to ensure punctuality, we cannot be held responsible for unforeseen events beyond our control that may cause delays to your journey.

6. Booking Lead Times for Airports

For airport transfers, please consider our recommended lead times to meet your travel schedule requirements. These are guidelines, and actual times may vary depending on factors like traffic.

7. Correct Airport Pickup Information

For airport pickups, it’s crucial to provide accurate arrival time, date, and flight details. Refunds may not be given for incorrect or incomplete information.

8. Airport Waiting Time

Drivers will wait for up to 30 minutes after the flight arrival time for airport pickups. Additional waiting time is charged at £20.00 per hour. Please provide a correct mobile contact number for smooth coordination.

9. Valid Contact Number

Passengers are advised to provide a valid contact number at the time of pickup to prevent issues. If a problem arises, contact the office before making alternative arrangements.

10. Special Vehicle Requests

Passengers requiring specific vehicles (e.g., multiseaters, wheelchair accessible, low vehicles) are advised to contact our office to ensure the correct vehicle is dispatched.

11. Unusual Luggage

If you have large or unusual luggage, such as sports equipment or children’s buggies, please contact our office for guidance.

12. Offers and Promotions

We reserve the right to withdraw or modify offers without notice. Existing bookings made through a specific offer or promotion will be honored.

14. Travel Outside of North Hertfordshire

If you require transport to or from locations outside of North Hertfordshire, please contact our office for pricing details.

15. Local Pickup Waiting Time

For local pickups, drivers will wait for 5 minutes. Waiting time beyond this is charged at the meter rate. Please communicate realistic waiting times to drivers to avoid delays.

16. Missed Journeys

If a customer fails to arrive for a scheduled journey, we reserve the right to retain all or part of the fare to compensate the driver’s time and inconvenience.

17. Booking Details Accuracy

Customers are responsible for the accuracy of their booking details. Refunds may be arranged for journeys that haven’t incurred costs to the company. Please contact us promptly for changes, cancellations, or refunds.
